DAY 1 - Cochin to Athirapally

Your first Day at God’s Own Country, the mystic paradise between the Great Arabian Sea and Western Ghats. Upon arrival, our team will greet you at the Airport/Railway Station and later kick-start the journey to Athirapally. It’s the time for you to experience The fury and beauty of the Athirapally waterfalls. Affording to the onlookers, one of the most bewitching sights, Athirappally Falls is about 80 feet high and located in the forest area. Experience the whispering breeze, the lovely sylvan rain forests and the river. Overnight stay hotel at Athirapally

DAY 2 - Athirapally to Kumarakom

Morning after breakfast proceed to Kumarakom (70 K.M / 2 Hrs). By noon check in at the house boat in Kumarakom, House boat is a private boat with fully furnished spacious bath attached bed rooms, private balcony, dining room, hygiene kitchen and side decks to capture the beauty of the back waters for a 22 hour house boating through the legendary backwaters of Kerala . On the way you will witness a full range of life’s and activities and some mind boggling sceneries. Sit back and relax while the boat cruises through the narrow serene backwaters, rivers and canals. Welcome drink, Lunch, Evening Tea/Coffee with snacks, dinner and breakfast will be served on board. Enjoy your evening on the sun decked sand and shore. Overnight stay at House Boat will be a unique experience.

DAY 3 - Kumarakom to Kollam

After breakfast proceed to Kollam (110 K.M / 3 Hrs). Kollam, the gateway to Kerala's beautiful backwater is blessed with plenty of unique features like- sea, lakes, plains, mountains, rivers, streams, backwaters, lush green fields and tropical crop of every variety both food crop and cash crop, so called 'The Gods Own Capital'Upon arrival check in hotel and have refreshment; later visit the places like: Thevalli Palace- renowned palace situated on the banks of Ashtamudi Kayal backwater; Thenmala Deer Park- that houses Thenmala Rocks which are about 5000 year old; Thangasseri- 5 Kilometers from Kollam that houses ruins of Portughese and Dutch structures; Thirumullavaram Beach- 6 kilometers north of Kollam, is a secluded beach beautiful for outing; Mayyand- 10 kilometers south of Kollam and noted for its shrines and temples, most importantly the Subramanya temple at Umayanallor. Stay overnight at hotel in Kollam

DAY 4 - Kollam to Poovar

Morning after breakfast proceeding to Poovar Island Resort (90 K.M / 2 Hrs). On the way you can visit the famous Kovalam beach- one of the best beaches in the world. Vellayani lake, which is en route will surprise you with its sheer beauty and calmness. Overnight at Poovar island resort.

DAY 5 - Poovar

This resort is very famous for its special ‘Ayurveda’ massages and treatments. There are many activities like boating, fishing etc which you can indulge in while at the resort. Or, just take a walk around- you will be amazed by the hospitality of the localities and the sheer beauty of the place.

DAY 6 - TRIVANDRUM (DEPARTURE)

Morning after breakfast proceeding to Trivandrum International airport for your flight back home, feeling contented about a wonderful holiday you spent in the “God’s Own Country”
